To pay with a check, please print and fill out the Membership Form with a check made payable to “Local Harvest CSA”. The completed form and payment can be mailed to:

You can sign-up for summer at a pro-rated cost at any point. Our website prices are up to date!
For Fall membership forms, please have the form and payment mailed no later than Monday, October 9th, 2017.
If you would like to set up a payment plan please contact us and we can get a plan set up for you.
If you have a payment plan, please be sure that the name on the member account matches the name on the checks. If the name does not match, please write the member name in memo area or include a note with the payment so we can be sure we accurately account for the payment.
